Carrier transit times:

• Belgium: 2 to 3 working days

Not yet. Edo Era is our first World — we focus on serving Europe excellently before expanding. If you're outside the EU, write to us and we'll add you to the waiting list.

First step: check your tracking number (sent by email). If there's been no movement for more than 7 working days, write to us at contact@hexoswear.be with your order number. We investigate with the carrier within 24 hours.

Hexos Paintings are designed with an oversized unisex cut. Three options:

• Relaxed fit (recommended): take your usual size
• Fitted: size down
• Loose / streetwear fit: size up

From S to XL across all our Paintings. Stock is limited per size — first come, first served.

Not in Edo Era (first World). For World II, we'll assess based on early buyer demand. If you really want a size outside S–XL, tell us — it counts in the decision.

Dense organic cotton may shrink very slightly on the first wash (1–2%). If you wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle as instructed, shrinkage is minimal. It's a normal characteristic of chemically untreated organic cotton.

Machine wash, 30°C max, gentle cycle. Always turn the t-shirt inside out before washing to protect the print and embroidery.

• No bleach or chlorinated products
• No tumble dryer (dry flat or on a hanger)
• Iron gently on the inside only, never on the visual

Depending on the Painting, we use either plastisol screen printing (collection pieces, maximum hold over time) or DTF (active pieces, more supple). Both techniques are chosen for their resistance to repeated washing. If you follow the care instructions (30°C, inside out, no tumble dryer), the print holds very well over time. What degrades it: water too hot, bleach, and direct friction in the machine. The exact technique of each Painting is indicated on its product page.

The embroidery is sewn directly into the fabric (not a heat-pressed patch). It lives with the t-shirt and patinas gradually like a real workwear garment. No specific care: it washes with everything else, following the general guidelines.

Yes, that's called surface pilling, characteristic of dense cotton in its early life. It disappears over washes. If it really bothers you, a fabric shaver or pill comb removes it in 30 seconds.

Yes, you have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal from the date of receipt. The t-shirt must be unworn, with intact tag, in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense.

A hexagon isn't a random shape. It's what nature draws when it wants things to last: beehives, crystals, snowflakes. Six sides. Six directions.

Each Hexos World is a theme (a culture, an era, a terrain). Each Painting is a t-shirt within that World. Six Paintings per World. Not one more. When a World ends on its 6th Painting, a new World opens. Read the full lore.

Three reasons. Honesty: the rarity is real, not marketing. Commitment: we contractually commit to never relaunching production of a sold-out Painting (Terms §2bis). Meaning: each piece carries a number, a story, an end. It's an object that lives in time, not a consumable.

The blank t-shirt (textile base) comes from a European textile partner certified GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), in dense organic cotton (200+ gsm depending on the piece). All decoration (back print + chest embroidery) is made in Belgium in two independent workshops. Exact weight and printing technique for each Painting on its product page. Traceability details in Terms §2.

Yes, but only on projects aligned with our universe (artists, photographers, embroiderers, screen printers, brands). Write to contact@hexoswear.be with a brief and your portfolio. We answer all serious proposals.

Absolutely. No banking data passes through our servers. Everything is handled directly by Mollie, certified PCI-DSS Level 1 (the highest worldwide banking security standard).

An invoice is automatically sent by email after each order, to the address provided at checkout. If you need a specific format (B2B invoice, VAT mention), write to us.
